Key Responsibilities: Supervise porters and stewarding staff to ensure smooth operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, and equipment distribution. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all back-of-house food and beverage areas. Manage staff schedules, control costs, and ensure adherence to HACCP and safety protocols. Oversee the inventory, storage, and requisition of kitchen supplies and equipment. Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and ensure operational efficiency at all times.
