CK Group are recruiting for a Site Manager, to join a Waste Management company, at their site based near Birmingham, on a full time, permanent basis. The Company: Our client is an established and leading company in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, in the West Midlands. Site Manager Role: Your main duties will be: Managing a busy waste management site. Taking full P&L ownership of the facility. Leading Health and Safety and Compliance initiatives in all aspects of the site. Ensuring excellence in staff training across the site. Optimising efficiency via KPI implementation and tracking. Leading HR, contractor and compliance protocols. Your Background: The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience: Degree-level education in Chemistry/a related Science. At least 5 years' experience working in the Hazardous Waste Industry. Experience of managing large teams. WAMITAB. NEBOSH/IOSH is desired.
