We are seeking an experienced Engineering Tutor to coach, mentor, and assess Level 3 apprentices in Mechatronics, Electrical, and Mechanical pathways. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to pass on your industry expertise through hands-on training in both classroom and workplace settings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in classroom and workshop environments.
2. Mentor and assess apprentices, ensuring they develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviours for their qualifications.
3. Manage a caseload of learners, setting and tracking progress targets via OneFile.
4. Work collaboratively with employers to support apprentices' workplace learning.
5. Prepare learners for End-Point Assessments (EPA), ensuring high achievement rates.
6. Embed functional skills (Maths & English) into training delivery.
7. Provide high-quality marking, feedback, and learner support.
8. Maintain compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
1. Industry experience in Engineering (minimum Level 3 qualification).
2. Functional Skills Level 2 (or willingness to achieve).
3. Ability to deliver effective coaching and engaging training sessions.
4. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to plan, prioritise, and achieve KPIs.
Desirable:
1. Teaching or coaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, CTTLS, etc.).
2. Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/33).
3. Knowledge of government-funded training programs.
