The Project Manager will need to be well versed in the management and running of projects to join their team in Birmingham.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee projects in the Commercial or Residential sectors.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Over 4 years' experience in a Consultancy Project Manager role.
2. RICS accredited degree and ideally achieved chartership becoming MRICS.
