Our client based in Leeds are searching for a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join their Customer Service and Supply Chain Division.
Job Role
As a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator, you must have a great telephone manner and customer service skills, with knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Requirements
1. Processing sales orders on the Company database
2. Answering customer enquiries via phone and/or email on lead times, technical queries, deliveries etc, and directing to the right colleague if needed
3. Assisting in handling complaints and any returns queries
4. Collaborate with the warehouse team and relay any relevant information to the sales department so they can update the customers
5. Working within Supply Chain to provide the best possible service to customers
6. To process incoming orders, purchase orders, inventory stock management
7. Provide support and assistance to customers, sales team and other departments
Personal Profile
1. Use our in-house system to process customers’ orders for delivery or collection
2. Gain an understanding of the products we manufacture and dispatch
3. Schedule deliveries with our external haulage contractors
Hours
Monday to Thursday 8.30am–5pm and Friday 8.30am–3.30pm
