As a Recruitment Branch Manager you will lead a dynamic team of Recruitment Consultants in driving excellence in talent acquisition within the Generalist and Healthcare sectors. Your role involves providing strategic direction, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. As a leader, you will mentor and develop your team, ensuring each member is equipped to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Client relationship management is central to this role, requiring you to build and maintain strong partnerships, understand unique staffing needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Business development is a key aspect, involving the identification and pursuit of new opportunities to expand our client base and revenue streams. With a focus on performance metrics, you will set and monitor KPIs, implementing strategies to optimize team and individual performance. Qualifications / Experience: - Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications - Proven experience in a management role within the recruitment industry - Strong understanding of the Industry and current market trends - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
