Data Management Administrator
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)
Working Hours: Applications for full- or part-time working patterns are welcome. We are committed to ensuring this role can work around your existing commitments and can offer flexible working patterns between 25 and 37.5 hours per week.

We recognise that master data is at the heart of everything that we do. As Data Management Administrator, you will be focused on the maintenance of master data in our business systems in a timely manner to ensure it is reliable and accurate to support day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.
Working closely with a wide variety of departments, you will become an expert in all aspects of data across our UK Manufacturing business. You will guide best practice and ensure that documentation is created to support users.
Job Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and highly effective Data Management Administrator to join the Data Management Team within UK Supply.
Reporting to the UK Supply BI and Data Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of our master data to ensure it is reliable, accurate, and updated in a timely manner to support day-to-day operations and strategic decisions. It is essential to have the ability to prioritise and remain focused whilst dealing with large volumes of data.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of core data including Product Data, Manufacturing Bills of Materials, Routings, and Product Costings.
2. Ensure data accuracy, ensuring that the data contained within our business systems is in line with the official definitions as per the business function owner.
3. Gather requirements and understand the business rules and processes that comprise and rely on our data.
4. Ensure business functions understand and adopt the required working practices to enable consistent and rigorous data management.
5. Manage and improve the integrity of data by identifying repeat issues and working cross-functionally to develop long-term fixes.
6. Document business standards and standard operating procedures.
7. Ensure sustainable and consistent data by aligning data in a multi-system business.
8. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the business to improve processes or service delivery while reducing costs.
9. Administer NPI and Obsolescence requests as part of managing the product life cycle.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. A high attention to detail.
2. A self-motivating approach.
3. Comfort with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
4. Ability to build strong, effective relationships with users and colleagues from across the business.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Knowledge of manufacturing processes (desired).
7. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (desired).
