In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in embedding Healix within the market, delivering against sales targets, and strengthening relationships with intermediaries. /p p strong What were looking for: /strong /p ul li In-depth understanding of selling healthcare trusts. /li li Proven track record in Corporate sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets. /li li Extensive experience in both intermediaries and direct sales within the healthcare industry. /li li Demonstrated experience in building relationships both externally and internally across all levels of the business along with strong negotiation skills. /li li Proficient in managing and reporting on sales pipelines, using Salesforce to track performance. /li /ul p If youre ready to take on this exciting challenge and make a significant impact within a growing healthcare organisation, wed love to hear from you! /p p Apply now to join Healix and help shape the future of corporate sales in our healthcare sector. /p p b About the role /b /p p strong Key Responsibilities include, but are not restricted to: /strong /p p strong Sales Leadership: /strong /p ul li Lead the development and execution of the Corporate sales strategy to drive new business opportunities through intermediaries, partners and direct channels. /li li Meet and exceed annual sales targets set by the Commercial Director to ensure sustainable revenue growth. /li li Contribute to the continued development of the Healix sales team with mentorship, training and support as required. /li li Achieve performance objectives as set by the Commercial Director. /li li Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the sales team. /li li Provide regular reporting to the Commercial Director regarding pipeline performance. /li li Ensure Salesforce is correctly utilised. /li /ul p strong Intermediary Engagement: /strong /p ul li Build and maintain strong relationships with key intermediaries, ensuring alignment with the intermediary framework strategy. /li li Collaborate with intermediaries to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions for clients. /li li Attend intermediary meetings and deliver regular product training sessions. /li /ul p strong Sales Development: /strong /p ul li Identify and secure new business opportunities in line with the Distribution Framework, working closely with prospects to understand their needs. /li li Evaluate and respond to RFPs and quote requests.
