Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students
* Assess and report on students' progress regularly
* Establish and maintain a positive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with Key Stage 1 students
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Key Stage 1
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or behaviour management
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school setting with Key Stage 1 students. The teacher may need to work additional hours for lesson planning and assessment. Regular interaction with students, colleagues, and parents is expected.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
