Job Description What you'll do · Help with the daily maintenance of the hotel, hitting the right notes for any faults or repairs. · Plumbing – unblocking drains/toilets, repairing/replacing taps etc. · Minor electrical gigs – replacing lamps/fittings, sockets and switches etc. · Rock the Health and Safety tasks, like weekly fire alarm tests, water temperature monitoring, showerhead descaling. · Maintenance on HVAC systems like filter cleaning/replacing. · Ensure the hotel is kept to the highest maintenance standards. · Respond quickly to all maintenance requests and concerns from guests and team members following the hotel reporting procedure. Qualifications What we’re looking for… · 2 years experience in a similar role within hospitality industry. · Individuals. You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here. · You know your way around Health and Safety in the workplace. · You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience · Your humble and open to ideas. We leave our egos at the door and help get it done. · You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once. · You will be required to work flexible shift patterns which will include weekdays and weekends to support the team, as and when required. · City & Guilds level 2 in any trade is desired but not essential. · Plumbing and HVC experience desirable.
