JMC Aviation are working with an MRO company based in Southend/Norwich, looking to recruit a new Paints and Projects Manager to join their team. This client is an international line and base maintenance provider, operating a comprehensive level of support for commercial aircraft operators. As an independent MRO, they are able to adapt their approach to respond to rapidly changing requirements and provide services which include component repairs, overhauls, piece part manufacture, aircraft fuel tank repairs, aircraft maintenance, aircraft interiors and AOG support. This is a Permanent Position based in Southend/Norwich. Working 40 hours per week, however this needs to be flexible dependent on workload. They are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of their locations as well as meeting all regulatory needs and reporting any deficiencies to the Operational Maintenance Manager for their region. Other Duties Involve Planning, overseeing and executing paint inputs (from a Part 145 perspective) Managing project events globally, providing support to ensure safe, efficient and effective operation Assisting with bespoke AOG solutions to a customer occurrence Maintaining a dynamic feedback loop to ensure timely, regular and accurate communication to all internal and external key stakeholders Maintaining an efficient and effective Station structure to support the Customer Ensuring staffing levels and skills are sufficient to fulfil customer requirements Managing, understanding and striving to improve business unit KPIs.
