As a Checkouts Customer Advisor, you will become an expert advisor, inspiring and guiding customers in their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will responsibilities such as click & collect, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. Your main aim will be to provide truly great customer service at the tills.
We are looking for someone who is happy to help, eager to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping others. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. Teamwork is essential, and you should be flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
