Key Skills and Experience 5 years of professional experience in Java development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Deep expertise in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred). Extensive experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway) and cloud-based architectures. Proven experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices. Strong background in financial services or capital markets, with a solid understanding of industry-specific requirements. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design complex solutions. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience guiding technical teams. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular or React is a bonus.
