What you will do as a Sales Manager – Middle East
* Developing and managing strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, luxury operators, and key partners in the Middle East.
* Proactively identifying new business opportunities and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue.
* Representing the hotel at international trade shows, sales missions, and client events to strengthen market presence.
* Working closely with internal teams to tailor guest experiences that align with the expectations and preferences of Middle Eastern travelers.
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
* Managing key accounts and maintaining detailed sales reports to track performance and revenue contribution.
* Negotiating contracts, rates, and partnerships to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
* Collaborating with Hyatt’s global and regional sales teams to align strategies and leverage brand-wide initiatives.
* Hosting site inspections and familiarization trips for key partners and potential clients.
* Ensuring a deep understanding of cultural preferences and service expectations to enhance the guest experience.
