A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Construction Project Manager to join their growing Birmingham office.
The Graduate Construction Project Manager Role
The new Graduate Construction Project Manager will join a dynamic team, working on a range of commercial projects across the UK, particularly in the Logistics and Hotel/Leisure sectors. You'll manage projects from start to finish, including site visits, client meetings, tendering, and contract administration.
As a multidisciplinary consultancy, they provide Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, and Project Management services, offering an excellent opportunity to gain expertise in each area and become a well-rounded Project Manager.
The new Graduate Project Manager will be dedicated to achieving chartership and will benefit from strong internal support from senior management, a dedicated internal programme, fantastic industry support and development.
The Graduate Project Manager
The successful Graduate Project Manager will have:
1. A Construction related degree qualification (construction or project management, quantity surveying or building surveying is highly desirable)
2. Previous experience working with a UK Construction Consultancy
3. Experienced in Logistics or Hotel/Leisure projects
4. Confident in client-facing roles and working with internal teams.
5. Friendly, approachable, and has a can-do attitude.
