My client is seeking a temporary Sales Admin to join our team in Ilkeston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* First Point of Contact: Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
* Order Entry: Enter incoming orders received via phone and email into our system accurately and efficiently.
* Customer Queries: Respond to emails and queries from customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
* Freight Arrangements: Coordinate and arrange freight services with carriers such as DHL and FedEx.
* Ad Hoc Office Administration: Perform various ad hoc office administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in using office software and order entry systems.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
