Our client in Aberdeen is looking to add an experienced Painter and Decorator to their property maintenance team.
Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday
* 08:00 - 16:00
Pay Rate: £17 Per Hour
Responsibilities include:
* Performing general painting and decorating maintenance and improvements on domestic and untenanted properties.
* Working in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas to deliver high-quality work that exceeds industry standards.
* Delivering top-quality maintenance painting and decorating services.
* Pre-inspecting and diagnosing repair requirements.
* Completing repairs and maintenance works considerately within agreed timescales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
* Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.
