Your role:
As Contract Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Supervisor to ensure the continuing day-to-day running of their customer’s contract. You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team consisting of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport professionals to provide a high service level for our customer.
Other key responsibilities for Contract Co-ordinator:
* Raise and manage bookings keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes and liaising with other departments to achieve optimum service.
* Ensure collection and delivery expectations are met in both an effective and efficient way.
* Daily liaison with Customer personnel in a professional manner.
* Support activities such as customs clearance and standkit changeovers.
* Collate information relevant for various KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis and report to line manager, as well as liaise with P&OFM employees at other sites to maximise efficiencies for the customer.
About you:
You will have previous experience of working in a customer-focused operational role. You will have excellent customer service with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships, so it is essential to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and manage a workload, with an eye for detail. Good numeracy skills and knowledge of IT systems are required. H&S knowledge and awareness would also be an advantage.

This is a full-time permanent role, with a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience of the successful candidate.
