The Role
We are supporting a brilliant senior leader who is building an Investor Relations function within a high-performing and dynamic private equity firm. This is a unique opportunity to become a true right-hand partner to someone highly respected and inspiring.
You will have exposure to senior stakeholders and LPs, be involved in coordinating roadshows, shaping new processes, and playing a key part in building the IR team infrastructure. This role blends strategic support with classic EA duties in a business that values high standards, drive, and ambition.
Responsibilities:
* Complex diary and meeting management for the Head of IR
* Coordinating investor roadshows and meetings with LPs
* Managing correspondence and acting as a key point of contact
* Supporting the buildout of the IR function – processes, structure, systems
* Handling confidential documents and presentations with discretion
* Offering strategic support and being one step ahead at all times
About You:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment – finance, PE, VC, or similar
* Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
* Confident, adaptable, and driven – you thrive in fast-moving and evolving settings
* Friendly, collaborative, and resilient with a can-do attitude
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Interested in investments, private equity, or venture capital
