Roles/Responsibilities Oversee the Finance Department, ensuring professional and efficient service across the organization. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including tax, audit, and end-of-year reporting. Manage accounting, VAT, CIS, and payroll software to optimize efficiency. Prepare and present management reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets. Develop and implement improved financial processes and reporting systems. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely payment processing and aged debt control. Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to enhance performance and accountability. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal managers and external stakeholders. Support the Finance Director in strategic financial planning and business initiatives. Uphold the integrity of financial data and ensure all reporting is accurate and compliant.Qualifications AAT or ACCA professional qualification required. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proven managerial experience in a finance role. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial data.
