Our client is a successful and fast growing global asset manager, focused on private markets. They are looking to hire an Internal Communications Manager to help develop and deliver their internal communications strategy. Key responsibilities include: developing internal communications activities to drive employee engagement and reinforce company culture, building relationships with senior stakeholders, planning town halls, ghost writing for senior management, leading internal social media campaigns, creating intranet content/messaging and managing internal communications projects. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess proven internal communications and employee engagement experience, ideally gained within financial or professional services, strong stakeholder and project management skills, excellent attention to detail, a good understanding of social media and content management systems, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and a proactive approach to driving innovation. An understanding of asset management and/or financial markets would be useful.
