What We’re Looking For Qualifications : Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above). Experience : Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Passion for Outdoor Learning : A commitment to nurturing children’s love of nature and the outdoors. Team Player : Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire colleagues and children alike. Child-centred Approach : A genuine passion for helping children develop their confidence, independence, and key life skills. Key Responsibilities Child Development : Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development across all areas of the EYFS framework. Encouraging Independence : Foster independence and exploration through a free-flow indoor-outdoor learning environment. Outdoor Learning : Utilize the beautiful rural setting to promote outdoor activities and a love of nature. Team Leadership : Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality care and education are consistently provided. Parent Engagement : Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress.
