You'll collaborate with a diverse and dynamic group of professionals, including product owners, architects, security and AI analysts, and various internal partners from all business units within Cisco. This role focuses on reducing friction and costs within Cisco by eliminating redundant tools and enhancing governance. Your impact A highly skilled professional with a background in business or technology and 3-5 years of experience in application management. You are proficient in automation tools, enterprise licensing, and governance practices. With strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you excel in stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation. You are collaborative, adaptable to Agile methodologies, and capable of managing vendor relationships while driving process improvements and innovation. - Manage and operate applications used by Cisco employees. - Consolidate and migrate multiple instances of an application into a single version through analysis, impact assessment, and communication. - Follow processes and procedures to onboard new applications and review tenant settings. - Approve new license requests and downgrade unused licenses. - Implement and document processes related to enterprise licensing, including upgrades and downgrades. - Ensure adequate support resources are available for Cisco employees. - Create and manage the support SharePoint site for the application. - Examine current business procedures and recommend improvements. - Document updates to operational and support processes. - Design, test, and implement automations (API, workflow, Power Platform/Automate). - Implement governance and security best practices. - Utilize project management skills for planning and managing project lifecycles. - Proficiently create PowerPoint presentations and present to all organizational levels with clear, value-added messages. - Serve as a liaison, engaging and connecting with dependent teams. - Manage vendor relationships. - Engage stakeholders effectively. - Follow Agile methodologies. - Communicate effectively in resolution management, negotiation, and handling difficult conversations. - Assist with contract renewals. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in application management, business analysis, or a related role. - Proficiency in application management consolidation and migration, including experience with enterprise licensing. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct impact assessments and recommend process improvements. Preferred Qualifications: - Over 5 years of experience in application management, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a large organization. - Experience with automation tools such as APIs and Microsoft Power Platform/Automate. - Demonstrated ability to create and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations to various organizational levels.
