Job Opportunity: Stock Condition Surveyor
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a contract DEA to their team in Liverpool.
Role Overview: As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
* Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties.
* Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location.
Ideal Candidates:
* Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
* Familiarity with the HHSRS system.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
