Key is a Registered Social Landlord which works across Scotland, mainly providing housing to people with disabilities. We are seeking to recruit a suitably motivated, skilled, and experienced individual to join our well-established maintenance administration team based in our main office located in Glasgow.
The main function of this post is to ensure the effective administration of our property maintenance function across 800 tenancies and multiple office locations. In particular, this will include:
1. Responding to repairs queries from tenants/staff,
2. Arranging cyclical maintenance works,
3. Liaising with contractors, and
4. Maintaining appropriate records.
The successful candidate must have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail in their work. Experience working in a property management environment will be advantageous.
This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week, although part-time applicants will be considered.
