We are currently recruiting for a Property Transfer Administrator on behalf of our client based in RingwoodAs a Property Transfer Administrator, you will be responsible for managing property sales, transfers, and rentals, coordinating closely with solicitors, homeowners, and internal teams. What we are looking for:
* Proven administrative experience, ideally within property, estate agency, mortgages, lettings, or legal administration
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in IT systems and a keen interest in improving workflows.
* A solid understanding of HTBR mortgage tasks and relevant regulations.
* A passion for property and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
