To manage and plan the duties of site-based cleaners to ensure the building is cleaned in a safe and efficient manner.

The Individual
Knowledge of the cleaning industry, including chemicals and machinery.
Supervisory experience.
Educated to a good general standard and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills, and competencies gained through relevant experience.
Numerate.
Attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks/actions.
Ability to work flexibly as part of a team and on own initiative.
Planning workload.
Self-confident and self-motivated.
Knowledge of good housekeeping practices.
Ability to lead a team.
Good communication skills.
Administrative and organizational skills.
Knowledge and awareness of Health & Safety working practices.
Ability to work without close supervision to deliver quality standards.
Diplomacy.

Pleasant manner.
Physically capable of all general cleaning duties including lifting of cleaning equipment and climbing stairs.

Starting Salary: £25512.24 (pro-rata)
Hours per Week: 14.32
Hourly Rate: £13.26
