Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
Hours/Contract: Permanent Contract 35 hours per week
Based: Role 1 – Hybrid Liverpool Hospice and Home (hospice at least three days perweek )
Role 2 – Home within South East England. Travel round South East required
Role 3 – Home within North East and Yorkshire. Travel to Newcastle and Bradford Hospices required.

The post holder will support the Senior Human Resources Advisor in the delivery of a professional, high quality HR service to the Caring Services directorate within their designated region(s). They will provide professional advice to managers and employees on the full range of HR matters including relevant employment legislation and support the HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Advisor with a defined Employee Relations remit for their designated region(s),

What we are looking for :
17. Sound generalist HR experience in advising managers on best practice HR approaches particularly involving change management
18. Recent experience of working in a similar sized, fast paced organisation with multi-site responsibilities.
19. Sound communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal professionally, sensitively and tactfully with a range of ER situations
