We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Soft Services Lead to join our team at Macclesfield SK10 2NA, where you will play a key role in driving excellence, innovation, and service delivery across multiple soft service disciplines.
About the Role
* Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, company policies, quality compliance, and safety programs.
* Driving innovation in service delivery while minimising disruptions to business operations.
* Support the quality and integrity of service delivery whilst being fully compliant with the pharmaceutical industry and client processes, including those of a GxP nature.
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, implementing business strategies aligned with client needs, driving change management and service innovation.
* Act as a key interface between the client organisation and Sodexo operational teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Oversee the development and execution of service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contractual obligations, while mitigating risks.
* Foster continuous improvement in systems, processes, and team development, contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.
What We’re Looking For
* Strategically lead and motivate a diverse team across catering, soft services, and workplace management, promoting engagement and empowerment.
* Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships while delivering outstanding service and ensuring financial performance.
* Drive a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across all operations, maintaining a zero-accident mindset.
* Manage large budgets and workforce efficiently, with proven expertise in multi-building and multi-service operations.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, P&L management, change management and extensive experience in the FM industry, with a focus on customer service excellence.
