You would work across a range of consumer, leisure and hospitality clients (and that’s just for starters), supporting and leading the team, sharing their experience and putting your own stamp on the running of the accounts. By working alongside the two co-founders of the agency you would also be learning directly from them and be intrinsically involved in this very exciting growth period of the agency. The Role: You would be a senior contact for clients and be managing and oversee a PR team, be commercially minded and creative in nature, be experienced in directing and leading projects and provide counsel to the clients and co-founders. And as a senior member of the business, you would play a major part in delivering new business and grow existing accounts. You would be the senior contact for client accounts Manage client service and agency performance Oversee PR campaigns from creative brief to implementation and delivery Analyse PR outcomes, including interpreting data Present findings to the board, clients and key stakeholders Delegate to and manage a PR team Involved in winning new business and developing current client accounts Developing a wide network and nurturing key contacts Skills: Leadership and management skills within a consumer PR environment Expertise at handling a range of media to grow brands Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills Confident publicist with contacts to lean on when needed The ability to reskin stories to best suit the media narrative A pro at troubleshooting when it comes to developing proactive angles beyond stories clients provide Strong negotiation and delegation skills Business development abilities with track record of success and able to represent PR at a senior level within the business Talent development expertise and able to lead a team with pitching to media Excellent project management skills with strong organisational & planning skills Keen networker and adept at building relationships with key influencers and industry spokespeople A curious mind who is up to date on all things culturally relevant and interest in exploring new areas and sectors to develop new creative ideas Proven ability to present complex industry information to target audiences Thrive on always coming up with ideas for clients or new business opportunities An excellent package awaits, including really good holiday allowance, flexible working, cycle to work scheme, gym membership and regular team socials.
