Role Purpose:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Softlines sales team, ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and customers, acting as the operational backbone of the Softlines team. They play a crucial role in supporting the sales process by assisting in administrative tasks, data analysis and reporting, maintaining sales tools, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. The focus for this role is to facilitate the Softlines team’s activities to maximize their performance and ultimately ensure wider sales goals and targets are achieved.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide reporting on Softlines, including ad-hoc reporting requests, back order reports, customer reports, weekly sales reports for data and analytics reporting purposes.
* Update all Softlines stocklists weekly on Excel. Distribute stock lists / update master lists for Softlines team and Sales.
* Collate new catalogue offers for distribution to customers and co-ordinate monthly catalogue presentations providing stock lists on Excel documents.
* Manage the Softlines inbox – responding in a timely manner to all queries and requests.
* Customer service – ensure customers have correct ship dates, embargo dates, imagery, copy to use, keep them informed of any changing ETAs / cancellations / stock adjustments.
* Loading and coordinating all photographic images of Softlines categories and distribute to customers with login details.
* Review product details on the system to ensure accuracy before sending to Order Entry Team. Updating files with any adjustments, working with Operations and Credit Control to assign and release orders, chasing up orders with Logistics.
* Administrative stock management - remove any sold-out lines from orders, request INTOs, maintain up-to-date list of FSDU component quantities and dispatch to customers as requested. Keep abreast of expiring licenses & move to discounted stock lists.
* Ensure new SKUs are set up correctly with Planning and Pricing – attributing the raw data in D365.
* Work with Planning on UPC label creation requests.
* Manage access to Loungefly images in Area 51 (where images are stored).
* Maintain customer email lists.
* Work with Customer Service on RMA requests.
What You’ll Bring:
* Advanced Excel (including V-Lookups and X-Lookups) and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 packages.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – another European language is always valuable.
