Job Description
1. Overseeing all purchasing operations within the department.
2. Ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Reconciliation of supplier statements.
4. Managing and resolving any invoice discrepancies or issues.
5. Preparing and processing payments for suppliers.
6. Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
7. Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
8. Liaising with other departments and suppliers to ensure smooth financial operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
1. A qualification in accounting or related field.
2. Proficient skills in financial software and MS Office.
3. Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. The ability to work effectively as a team leader.
