* Liaise with customers, drivers and internal departments to resolve any issues
* Take phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception
* Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems
* Work a shift from 9 am to 6 pm, with lunch break
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
* Basic knowledge of Windows applications
* An excellent telephone manner
* The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines
* The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities - often at short notice
