Manager, Training – Interventional Oncology

The Manager, Training – Interventional Oncology administers sales training programs to the organization’s sales trainees and personnel. Conducts sales training programs. May assist training management in developing sales training programs and plans, including company sales training manuals and materials. This is an internal sales training position.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:
* Effective interpersonal skills
* Effective presentation skills
* Product knowledge
* Industry knowledge
Required Certifications and Training:
* Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility
Experience Level with Business Tools:
* Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired
Knowledge:
* Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
* Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles
* Exercises independent judgment and discretion in solving complex business problems
* Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups.
* Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
Typical Education and Experience:
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent with some Post-Graduate work (or equivalent experience)
* 12 years of related experience
* Desirable: French & German language skills, English is essential
