Key Duties
The practice is seeking an RVN who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to learn. Whether you are an experienced RVN or a newly qualified graduate, you will be welcomed to join this supportive team. Your role will be varied, including nurse consults, assisting in theatre, conducting anaesthetics, and actively contributing to the overall care of patients.
The practice values work-life balance and believe in providing their team with continuity in their schedules, as well as financial compensation for hard work. RVNs work 10-hour shifts from to, Monday to Friday with a set day off, allowing you to plan ahead and enjoy a consistent work schedule. Saturdays are 1 in 5 with the same day off the following week. Sunday mornings are 1 in 8 and are given as paid overtime. Additionally, you will only work on average one bank holiday per year, with time off in lieu plus paid overtime.
