DBT training and experience in delivering this therapy. Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., HCPC, BACP) is preferred. Previous experience in a therapeutic setting working with children is advantageous but not essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and connect with clients effectively. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
