Description
We are currently seeking an experienced TMA / AWVMS / Arrowboard Truck Driver to join our growing team at PEAK Traffic Management. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines on-road responsibilities with essential yard duties. You will be an integral part of our operation, helping to ensure every job runs smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating TMA and arrow board trucks across a range of sites
* Supporting site setups and pack-downs to a high standard
* Deliveries and pickups of equipment to and from job sites and suppliers
* Assisting with No Parking sign installations (TMO certification required as a minimum)
* Yard duties include, but are not limited to, sign and cone maintenance, and truck loading/unloading
* Ensuring our equipment, vehicles, and signage are kept in excellent condition
* Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit, professional, and safety-focused team
What We Are Looking For:
* TMO (Traffic Management Operative) as a minimum requirement
* Proven experience operating TL2 and TL3 TMA Trucks plus AWVMS and Arrowboard trucks (Class 2 licence required)
* A clean, proven driving record with a focus on safety and responsibility
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
* Sound understanding of traffic management procedures and safety standards
* A high level of concentration and awareness while driving – maintaining focus is critical to keeping the team safe, especially while setting up TTM on live roads
* A confident and respectful driver who takes pride in keeping vehicles clean and well maintained
* Reliability, physical fitness, and a willingness to assist wherever needed
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including early starts, late finishes, Sunday evenings and nightshift work (as required).
