Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a growing credit control company, providing top-tier credit management services to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee debtor management and credit risk assessments, ensuring high service standards and performance targets are met.
2. Support clients in recovering overdue debts, guiding them through each step of the process, including legal action if necessary.
3. Build strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in credit management.
4. Provide expert guidance on credit management best practices and software use to enhance client success.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance processes and services.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience in credit control with a solid understanding of credit management principles.
2. Strong business development and client relationship skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
