Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Operator to join our team based in the Liverpool office of a financial services firm. The switchboard operator is at the forefront of our client’s business, setting the precedent for the customer experience The successful candidate will be required to provide the highest level of customer care to incoming callers. They will personally identifying the needs of the caller and redirecting them to the appropriate client contact, ensuring that all calls are completed in line with the client's call approach. The Switchboard Operator must convey a positive attitude and professional first impression whilst promoting and creating culture of service excellence. They will be friendly, articulate, and provide an accurate service whilst remaining security focused. Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am-6pm from Mon-Fri Salary: £25,025
