You'll drive performance, boost revenues, and champion health & safety, with a mix of hands-on support and strategic planning. From leading training to shaping best practices, you'll help create amazing holiday memories. What you will be doing: - Driving Performance & Planning - Support national strategies, optimise budgets, and ensure sales and contribution targets are met across multiple parks. - Enhancing Scheduling & Operations - Champion team deployment, refine scheduling, and maximise activity fill rates using park-specific KPIs. - Boosting Guest Experience & Digital Innovation - Improve activity offerings, streamline booking journeys, and support digital platform rollouts for a seamless experience. - Leading Training & Health & Safety - Manage supplier partnerships, organise national training programmes, and oversee H&S compliance across designated activity areas. - Supporting & Developing Park Teams - Coach, recruit, and upskill Leisure Managers and teams while driving best practices and operational excellence across parks. What we'd like you to bring: - Industry Expertise & Leadership - Experienced in F&B and/or Activities & Leisure, with specialist knowledge and qualifications in leisure operations and safety. - Strategic & Analytical Thinking Skills - Strong problem-solving, numerical, and P&L management skills, balancing guest, team, and stakeholder needs. - Communication & Coaching Ability - Confident presenter, effective coach, and skilled in written and verbal communication to engage teams and stakeholders. - Organisation & Time Management Skills - Excellent at multitasking, prioritising, and staying calm under pressure while managing multiple projects. - Collaboration & Leadership - Builds strong relationships, works cross-functionally, and consistently champions Haven's Leadership behaviours.
