Compliance Manager

With over 10 years experience within the healthcare recruitment industry, my client are looking for a brilliant Compliance Manager to join their team to run and manage a top class compliance function! This role is crucial to ensure compliance is adhered to throughout the entire business, supporting the smooth growth of all business units.
The role:
* Day-to-day management of Compliance Officers, including providing mentorship and up skilling the team.
* Serve as the primary escalation point for any compliance and placement matters, overseeing approvals and collaborating closely with the Finance teams.
* Lead on monthly Management Information reports across all frameworks, in collaboration with Finance & Business Analyst.
* Lead internal quarterly audits on Compliance function performance, as well as manage any external audits.
* Work closely with the L&D team to identify and address training needs, assisting with the delivery of training to the Compliance team and Consultants.
* Maintain and take ownership of the CRM system and the Compliance & Onboarding platform for the Compliance function, including contract generation tools and any other related systems.
* Collaborate with the Head of Business Delivery & Governance on any legislative or system changes required to keep the business up to date.
* Run periodic reports on Compliance function and other business units’ performance as required.

* Previous compliance management experience within healthcare recruitment.
* Understanding of contract and risk management.
* High energy with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
* Proactive and motivational leadership style.
* Ability to problem-solve effectively within risk profiles.
