As Application Support Manager, you’ll lead a team of Systems Analysts and Support Engineers to ensure our suite of applications perform at their best, support our ambitious growth, and continue to evolve in line with business needs. Own and oversee the performance and evolution of our business application stack Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 (3 Systems Analysts 2 Support Engineers), embedding a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence Manage and enhance the Application Support Helpdesk, ensuring SLAs are met and trends are analysed for proactive improvements Champion system improvements, working with product suppliers to influence roadmaps and deliver impactful projects Collaborate across departments to ensure secure and efficient onboarding of new services and system configurations Ensure compliance, data protection, and security across all applications, with robust management of permissions and GDPR strategies Drive digital transformation, supporting business growth, mobilising new sites, and embedding systems into operations Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and strong commercial outcomes What we are looking for? Essential: Experience in Property Management systems (in BTR, PRS, PBSA) managing lettings, maintenance, service charge and financial processes Hands-on exposure to financial systems (e.g. Xero, Sage) Strong leadership of a high-demand service desk (500 users) Expertise in supporting portals, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and customer-facing apps Track record in managing SaaS contracts, system development, and change initiatives Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. Halo, Jira, ServiceNow) Stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen Desirable: Yardi (Voyager / CRM Flex / Rent Café) MRI (Qube PM / Living / Evolution) HubSpot Microsoft Projects PowerBI We’re not your usual property company.
