Are you a highly organized individual with a knack for team management and customer service? Quest Employment is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our client's team in Banbury!
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of 2-4 engineers, depending on experience.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and keep them informed of progress.
3. Arrange annual and bi-annual callouts for routine calibration of equipment.
4. Assist engineers with diary management and routing to ensure smooth communication as a team.
5. Answer incoming phone calls promptly.
6. Complete administration of engineer reports and customer invoicing within 48 hours.
7. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a service department is beneficial but not essential.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Benefits:
1. 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (3 days reserved for Christmas shutdown).
2. Permanent position (6-month probation with a 3-month review).
3. Office-based role with working hours:
Mon-Thu: 8:30am-5pm
Fri: 8:30am-4:30pm.
4. Competitive salary of £27,000.
