An established financial services business is looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator into its team due to growth. This is an office-based role: 5 days per week in the office in the Telford / Wolverhampton area, West Midlands.
The successful candidate will support Advisors with business tasks and business processing, with a strong focus on client meetings. Duties will include:
1. Making appointments
2. Preparing and distributing client meeting packs
3. Answering and logging all client calls
4. Inputting CFR documents on Salesforce
5. Processing fund switches / rebalances & withdrawals
6. Preparing business submission documents
7. Liaising with the Paraplanning team
8. Ensuring GDPR & FCA protocols are adhered to
This role would suit a proven Administrator with Wealth Management experience.
This Client Services Administrator role is paying £23,000 - £27,000 plus benefits including Performance Related Bonus, Pension, Private Healthcare, Private Medical Insurance, Cash Plan (Dental/Opticians etc), plus 25 days holidays excluding bank holidays.
