Answering the phone in a professional manner Log each and every call received with sufficient information Taking ownership of the call to ensure a satisfactory outcome Escalating calls when necessary Communicating with internal teams and external support resources Working to the needs of the Business to ensure successful support of IT Systems Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver. The ideal candidate will have experience of providing customer service and dealing professionally with individual's. An interest or experience in IT support would be an advantage.
