Job summary We are looking for exceptional individuals at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust to continuously improve the care and wellbeing of women and babies who choose our Perinatal service. We are seeking highly motivated, Nursing Associate to join the Neonatal Team, working in partnership with our well-established Neonatal multi-disciplinary teams. The post holders will deliver safe and effective care to our service users, thus directly contributing to the Trusts aim to be the safest Neonatal unit in the country. Main duties of the job The post holders will be effective ambassadors for the Neonatal Unit, be credible and knowledgeable with the confidence and interpersonal skills to work with clinical, managerial and staff at all levels across perinatal services and the wider organisation. You will assist in facilitating change within Perinatal Services, including ensuring compliance with appropriate national and local safety standards. The successful candidates will need to have exceptional organisational and communication skills, in order to fulfil the role effectively. Your working week will be very varied. You will need to be naturally responsive to the changing demands on your priorities and workloads and manage your time efficiently.
