This progressive role ensures smooth communication and efficient processing of customer requests and orders while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities as an Internal Sales Coordinator:
• Oversee the customer journey through the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition to internal teams.
• Prepare technical proposals and quotes for customers.
• Ensure that orders and proposals progress swiftly through the business in alignment with SLAs.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers.
• Support teams cross functionally to enhance customer interactions and streamline sales processes.
