What you'll be doing Part of a rapidly developing team, and working closely with the Head of Marketing, as well as a range of other internal and external stakeholders from across the wider business, key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Deploy successful omni-channel marketing campaigns from ideation, executive and measurement, to meet pipeline and revenue targets. Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth running and optimal performance of all campaigns and projects, continually improving ROI using data and insights. Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects, ensuring smooth delivery of campaign and project deliverables. Overview and reporting of email marketing automation campaigns, from strategy, copy to metrics and reporting. Work with agencies on paid advertising campaigns focused on return on investment What we'll look for in you We are looking for a proactive, analytical, highly organised and resilient self-starter who offers a hands-on approach with a keen focus on detail, delivery and cost: and who has the customer at the heart of everything they do. You will have demonstrable experience building and measuring successful customer experiences, both on and offline. You'll have developed communication strategies aimed at engaging HCPS and Private Medical Insurers and will be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
