International Account Manager
* Up to £55k base + bonus
* Remote - 1 day a month in Wales and International travel a few times a year

We are working with a fast-growing company FMCG company who are revolutionising women's health with innovative, science-backed supplements. Their products are thriving in the UK, Germany and the US so they're looking for an International AM to drive growth of their largest accounts.
What You’ll Do:
* Expand international markets – Manage and grow relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
* Build strategic partnerships – Strengthen global client relationships to boost sales and brand visibility.
* Drive performance – Manage P&L, deliver forecasts, and maximize profitability.
* Identify new opportunities – Launch the brand in new territories and ensure seamless execution.
* Collaborate across teams – Work with marketing, product, and operations for smooth international rollouts.
What They’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in international account management (FMCG, health & wellness, beauty, or similar sector).
* Track record of global expansion – Success in securing and growing international partnerships.
* Commercial acumen – Ability to execute growth strategies and deliver results.
* Strong relationship skills – A natural communicator and influencer.
* Self-starter mindset – Independent, proactive, and results-driven.
* Passion for women’s health & wellness – A drive to make a real impact.
* Willingness to travel internationally – only a few times a year
