With people at the heart of everything they do and hybrid working on offer, you will report to the Head of HR Operations, and will: Be allocated your own business area supporting the HR Business Partner team Be go to person providing 1 st line HR support and advice to employees and line managers on employment, law maternity/paternity/parental leave, flexible working Take lead in policy development, compile new policies, review and update existing ones Champion continuous improvement, review HR processes and procedures, suggesting improvements Take lead role in recruitment administration providing support and advice Deliver presentations at meetings, facilitate training sessions Lead on specific HR projects, support restructures, regrading process and sickness absence management Liaise with Auditors We are looking for a candidate who has: Been educated to degree level/significant HR experience at HR Adviser level CIPD Level 5/working towards Led on large scale HR projects Significant experience of providing HR advice to line management across a range of ER issues Sound experience of developing, reviewing and updating policies is essential Advised on terms of contractual documentation and employment legislation Led on HR compliance matters Excellent communication skills High level of IT skills MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams ADZN1_UKTJ
